i have seen it , down here. But one is not interested in the
description of the company but in quotes from the CEOs,  CTOs etc. Why
they did join, the value they get.
 Offer them a discount for a quote. or simly tell them its prominently
features as "member of the month or something". I realize this is the
work of a pr/commercial person however definitely not a matter of web
design only

I'd say there should exist plenty of no logo solutions which simply
involve some money


you might have to do a subdomain if you dont want to heavily use js
e.g. search.w3c.org
