Today I was considering making an "Additional Contribution" of under
100 USD
to W3C. Unfortunately, when I clicked on your PayPal link, it
directed me to
a form that required me to agree to PayPal's international User
Agreement.
This annoyed me, because I've made donations through PayPal to other
organizations without having to agree to this. The User Agreement is
over
6000 words long, and it incorporates by reference at least 13 other
documents.
I don't have the time or the legal expertise to read and understand so
much
material in order to decide whether it's safe for me to agree to it.
It seems
absurd to place such a burden on your potential donors.

Tim
