Are the lists moderated?

I sent an email to the www-xml-schema-comments@w3.ord mail list  
yesterday (and approved the archive permission thingy), but it has yet  
to appear.  Are the lists moderated (i.e.: must some human look at my  
post and approve it)?  If so, how long does that normally take?
