link to Device APIs on home page

Please could the responsible individuals add a link to Device APIs on  
the homepage?

with the increasing number of working groups it would be helpful if  
subdirectories were more readily explicit.
ie had Device API, HTML5** and others WG responsibilities to  
particular domains? They could then be linked to and from these....
