Dear W3C,

Congratulations for this new design, it looks fantastic!

But I also wanted to underline that with a 15" screen computer, we  
don't see without scrolling, on your new homepage, the section about  
Web for All and Web Accessibility.

I think Web Accessibility is becoming a very important issue and it  
should get a very good visibility on w3.org, probably in one of the  
main menus.
