The navigation panel on the right in
http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-international-multilingual is
completely inaccessible/largely invisible in Internet Explorer 7 RC1.

(Tested in WinXP SP2/IE7 RC1 at 1024x768.)

Since I rather doubt this problem is due to the misuse of CSS hacks, this is
probably a fault in IE7 RC1 and I have reported it to Microsoft.
