  May I suggest it is unwise to let http://www.w3.org/Icons/w3c_home
default to return the SVG representation if PNG and GIF are not pre-
ferred as specified in the Accept: header? It is common that user
agents send Accept:*/* for images and SVG in <img> is close to being
an Amaya-only feature.
