MS-IE has problems with XHTML Modularation 1.1page

Dear Reader

I use Internet Explorer 6.0 ( with Windows XP) as browser.
If I open the page of the XHTML Modularation 1.1 spec. I just get a white 
screen with some colored regtangles and random teks along the edge.
I think there is somthing wrong in the HTML.
