On the mail archive top page 
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/site-comments/ it says

"A list of links to technology home pages </#technologies> is available 
from the W3C home page" but the anchor text points to 
http://lists.w3.org/#technologies  which doesn't appear to have such a 
list. I think it should point at http://www.w3.org/#technologies  which 
does have a list
