In the W3C's Site Index, under R->Resource Description Framework there's:

 SIRPAC -- an RDF Validator 

Since SiRPAC was retired about 1/2 year ago it seems like either that entry 
should be removed or its obsolete state should be noted and the link changed to:

 http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator#sirpac
