I checked and milamber@par1.net is not subscribed to any W3C mailing
lists. I suspect what happened is that "http://http://"  (twice) instead
of "http://" (once) was typed. Netscape Navigator has a bug that sends
everyone who does that to w3.org. I have no idea why, sorry.
