Be assured, ratnesh.sahay@deri.org is now blocked from all w3.org lists. 
Sending mail from a mail address known to be out of date to a long list 
of lists, many of which are inactive, complete with shouty uppercase 
subject lines, is definitely not acceptable. Yes, the subject matter is 
relevant, yes the PC is a who's who of the Semantic Web. But spam is spam.
