New SHACL drafts published

Hi all,

I'm happy to report that the RDF Data Shapes WG has published updated 
drafts of both the Use Cases & Requirements document and SHACL 
specification.
We very much encourage everyone to help get the word out, as well as have 
a close look and send feedback to public-rdf-shapes@w3.org.
