Just for the (public) record, since some members of this list
are in this line of research

Some years ago I pointed out in discussions on mailing lists that
ontology development lacked socio technical perspective, and made the
case in some papers and talks.


My short talk today at EUON workshop at EUDAT in Amsterdam

makes a couple of core points:

1. Socio technical systems approaches need to address joint optimisation

2.  A metamodel is proposed to support such a requirement
