Post-Doctoral or Research Associate Position

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow or Research Associate to support a
large-scale research and development project in social media analytics. The
project focuses on developing technology for intelligence extraction from
social network platforms for supporting customer-relationship management
activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent research capabilities
as well as competitive development skills.


The candidate should have expertise in text mining or machine learning or
the semantic web and have experience with natural language parsing and/or
social network analysis. A PhD in Computer Science or related fields is
required. Expertise with NoSQL technology, Javascript, and distributed
programming will be an asset.

Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with expertise. The
position is for one year with the possibility of extension for a second
year.
