Something started in the GLD WG [1], a community directory [2] listing the organizations creating and publishing data on the Web.
As the directory is open, it can be extended to semantic web expertise. 
And of course, you can contribute by adding your organization [3] . 
It could be a good starter if there is nothing very specific to what you expected.
