Dear Sir/Madam, We have submitted an abstract for your consideration on 5 December 2012 and again on 20 December 2012 as we have not received any corespondence indicating that the abstract reached your office. I have noticed in your initial call for papers that at least one author should be registered. This is to advise you that if the abstract is accepted we will both register for the Conference and travel to Rome to present our paper. My University requires the confirmation of acceptace of an abstract before I can conclude registration. Could you please confirm that the abstract has been received and that our registration following your acceptance of the abstract is acceptable.
