Three IEEE flagship conferences:
The 9th IEEE International Conference on Web Services (ICWS 2011),
The 4th IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing (CLOUD 2011), and
The 8th IEEE 2011 International Conference on Services Computing (SCC 2011)
will be co-located in Washington DC under the umbrella of The 7th IEEE World
Congress on Services (SERVICES 2011).

Each conference has a successful history of success with a specific focus
represented by the following theme:
-The theme of ICWS 2011: Web-based Services
-The theme of CLOUD 2011: Change We Are Leading in Cloud
-The theme of SCC 2011: Life-cycle Services Management

Each conference will contain a research track, an application and industry
track, and a work-in-progress track. The Congress will comprise workshops
and other events.

Dr. Sorel Reisman, 2011 IEEE Computer Society President, will give an
Opening Speech.

Camera-Ready Copy Due Date & Pre-registration Due: 4/15/2011

Accepted papers will appear in the corresponding conference proceedings
(ICWS/CLOUD/SCC/SERVICES) published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. All
are EI indexed and are available in IEEE digital library. Extended versions
of selected papers will be invited for publication in the IEEE Transactions
on Services Computing (TSC), International Journal of Web Services Research
(JWSR), and International Journal of Business Process Integration and
Management (IJBPIM). JWSR is indexed in SCI-E and EI with an impact factor
of 1.2.

A Best Paper Award and a Best Student Paper Award will be presented by
ICWS/CLOUD/SCC 2011, respectively. The first author of the best student
paper should be a full-time student.
