There is a special session on *Semantic Web and Information Retrieval *at
the 5th Indian International Conference on Artificial Intelligence
(IICAI-11) will be held during December 14-16, 2011 in Tumkur (near
Bangalore), India. Please see the website: http://www.iiconference.org for
the conference and click on “Special Events” tab for more details on the
session. We invite draft paper submissions.

About the conference: The primary goal of IICAI is to promote research and
developmental activities in AI and related fields in India and the rest of
the world. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange
between AI researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners
working in India and abroad. The conference will be held every two years to
make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in AI
