Thanks for all the answers, which confirm my guess that nothing very specific is available ... Among all proposals, the closest match is certainly <http://purl.org/dc/terms/isReferencedBy>dcterms:isReferencedBy I also like foaf:isPrimaryTopicOf. Maybe will use both to make both dc and foaf addicts happy.
