how to publish a wsdl-s file in uddi 2.0?

hello
i want to know that is it possible to publish an annotated wsdl-s file into
a normal uddi 2.0 registry??if it is possible how can this be done??what
changes should i make to the publisher api?I would be grateful if i can get
any help on this.
