Dear all,

CEUR-WS.org will maintain the URIs like
  http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-560
and in parallel assign URNs. We are considering to use the secondary URL feature of URN
resolvers to point to an archival version of a published proceedings volume.

But I agree that the URI variant allows quicker networking. That is currently also the
only option to point to papers published at CEUR-WS.org.
