Another couple of pointers :

I've a yet-another, not-quite-finished vocab [1] based on IBIS
(Issue-Based Information Systems), a methodology for collaborative
problem identification and solving, oriented towards 'wicked' problems
[2]. The vocab, which allows lightweight debate modelling was to no
small extent inspired by the Compendium tool [3].
