properties of the tag itself in a bnode is different than tag browsing as is typically handled in CMS / blog-engines.

what ive been doing for a few years is _ tagged someTag where someTag is http://content/tags/tagname

then you can GET the tag resource to find tagged resources, (providing your graph is bidirectional or can show backlinks, or creates them at tagging time).

im not sure #created is needed, when DC has it, similar with #means. praobly sameAs or something from SKOS or OWL-ultra-light could work

in summary, i'll start using ctag:tagged right away, but the rest of the suggestions are odd and useless/redundant imo
