Open Source collaboration-incubation

Hi, in my last message I've posted a brief description of what should be to
me a serialization format and object representation for semantic
data-metadata, with three levels of abstraction (M3, M2, M1). And over that
a layer of representation that should be used to interact as interface.

I'm looking for a place to develop those ideas, like an open source
incubator or people interested in innovating ideas, beyond traditional
frameworks.

The (brief) work I've already done in the subject can be found in
http://xama.dev.java.net and in a ZIP file containing Java source, Javadoc,
binaries and a document explaining what it's expected to be done.
