Semantic Web SIG in Vancouver (Western Canada) - Monthly Meetups - RDF Vancouver Wiki

Hello,

  Thanks to the initiative of Jim Pick here in Vancouver in Western
Canada in the Americas we are establishing a new special interest
group (SIG) that will organize monthly meetups with presentations and
discussions about all things Semantic Web (including Microformats if I
dare to say) and an annual (free) Semantic(Web)Camp [1] one-day
(un)conference.

  As a first project Jim Pick launched a new wiki titled 'RDF
Vancouver' with the tag line 'A List of Triples about Vancouver'
offering links to freely available Semantic Web content about
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - downloadable for online or
offline use.[2]
