I tried to look up some files on the w3.org site and to my surprise the web site has disappeared here at my end in the Caribbean, 128.30.52.45 is not reachable. A traceroute showed "unreachable networks" after hop b24-rtr-2-backbone.mit.edu.

Any ideas what the problem is?
