Semantic representation of a computer

Does anyone know of some sort of existing semantic (xml?) representation for
computer specs? (Things like amount of RAM, HD space, processor frequency,
network connections, etc.)

It seems like there must be some semantic way to represent this, but I can't
seem to find any examples.

Any help would be appreciated!
