i agree. answering why theres not been much written on the topic yet

i want hosts.allow to be pulling from a RDF db instead of a flat text file.. hinted from spam feedback, so that the web app no longer has to even process requests from certain hosts..

in the blogosphere, Henry Story seems have delved the deepest into web-of-trust issues, aligning FOAF with PGP, spam prevention whitelisting..
