SPARUL and SPARQL Protocol

FYI,

I've proposed[1] an extension of SPARQL Protocol to handle return  
values from the INSERT and DELETE operations defined in SPARQL/ 
Update[2] (aka SPARUL).

I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions you might have.
