I've put the govtrack.us dataset into SWSE [1], so you should
be able to display and navigate the dataset.  Search for
"Joe Biden","Hillary Clinton", "John McCain
<http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-presidential-candidates/john-mccain/>",
"Duncan Hunter
<http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-presidential-candidates/mike-huckabee/>",
and then browse around.

On a related note, govtrack uses FOAF and VCard, but has
"tag:" URIs for predicates.

Hope the demo is still useful.
