These examples predated the resolution of HTTP-range-14, when we were 
more reluctant to use HTTP-based and # URIs "for people". Consequently 
http://sites.wiwiss.fu-berlin.de/suhl/bizer/pub/LinkedDataTutorial/ uses 
me as a "bad example". I'm not sure the "who gets to assign URIs for 
real world entities" pinhead angels have fully been counted yet; but 
that's for another thread :)
