(for people in Innsbruck right now) BOF on Reaction Rules in RIF

Paula-Lavinia Patranjan is organizing a meeting today, at ESWC, "for
discussing production rules and ECA rules for RIF."  Starting 5:45
today, in the Aalborg room on the 3rd floor.  It might move to a
different room if that room turns out to be too small.

(She originally announced this to a smaller list, but she said it was
okay for me to cast a wider net.  Sorry for the short notice.)
