Greetings all

a sitemap extension has been now publishes which tries to address the
issue of efficiently crawling large amount of semantic web linked
data.

http://sw.deri.org/2007/07/sitemapextension/

A simple java implementation the specs is now undergoing (to be used
in clients and crawlers). Possibly a validator will also be provided,
I will update the documents with links to it as soon as its ready.

Thanks to all who cooperated by sending feedbacks about the earlier
versions as they were circulated in the Linking Open Data mailing list
(e.g. it started as an ontology but then "evolved" to this form
following the discussion).
Thanks in advance, of course, to all those that will provide further
feedback and ideas.

Giovanni
