Looking for some ontologies for my experiment!

Hi, dear colleagues,

Recently I am looking for some ontologies suitable for my experiment.

I find that most ontologies have only rdfs:subClassOf relationship between
concepts, I want some ontologies which have owl:equivalentClass, owl:sameAs
and other relationships between concetps.
Can someone can tell where i can get this .
