If you google for GRDDL, you get http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/NOTE-grddl-20040413/ or http://www.w3.org/2004/01/rdxh/spec which both say: "Please send review comments, implementation experience reports, etc. to public-rdf-in-xhtml-tf@w3.org," I've seen mail from you, Misha, that suggests you're subscribed to that list and hence that you've seen GRDDL discussed there, so I'm surprised by your question.
