The RDF Data Access Working Group has published a Last Call Working Draft:

Comments are due by 13 March 2006 to public-rdf-dawg-comments@w3.org
The Working Group seeks confirmation that comments and issues have been 
addressed to the satisfaction of reviewers. There is a change log showing the 
differences between this document and the previous version. In particular, 
section 2.5 "Basic Graph Patterns" includes refined definitions to address 
working group issue "rdfSemantics".
