Hi,
Obviously you have seen these very interesting subject headings in recent
CFPs.
I understand that on the whole US based endeavor can not receive EU funding
(and if it could the effort may not be worth the benefit).
I am also unaware of the current position of funding in the US in this area
and, in particular whether you are seen as tacking into the wind there.
I am doing my bit to encourage you to write up what you can to fuel greater
debate of the issues you raise. In my limited understanding it seems to me
that you make many valid points including those of the limitations of OWL
where it would struggle to be sufficiently expressive in many fields of
endeavor, the promise of an analogic approach and others.
