can we have an ontology classifier?

Hi,

I want to ask please, can we have an ontology
calssifier instead of using the classical classifiers
that already exisit (i.e. Naive-Baysen,etc.) ... if
yes, is there any paper or reseach group have done
this kind of classifier?
