Uniprot, SPARQL, and RDF Gateway

Hi All,

I've added a SPARQL interface to some recent experiments with Uniprot RDF
and RDF Gateway[1]. A description of the previous work with some statistics
and live example queries at:

In that test, I loaded ~262 million triples into a single table in RDF
Gateway's native RDF repository. The table fully indexed (including
full-text index) is about 38 GB on disk (27 GB of which is in use). 

A page detailing the new sparql interface to this database is available at:

You can run a few available example queries or enter your own.
