OWL class descriptions to RDF query converter?

Hi,

is there a tool (or at least documented algorithm) that enables the  
translation of
OWL class descriptions to SPARQL or RDQL queries?

(Given an OWL class description I need to find all of its instances  
and that seems the
most reasonable way).

Thoughts?
