owl:SameAs an instance of owl:FunctionalProperty and of owl:InverseFunctionalProperty?

I guessed that owl:SameAs is an instance of owl:FunctionalProperty and 
of owl:InverseFunctionalProperty, http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl# didn't 
confirm my guess. Do you think it is?
