Jena 2.2 has been released:

This release is primarily a maintenance release. Upgrading to Jena-2.2
should provide a more stable base than Jena 2.1 as there have been many
fixes to Jena since 2.1 was released.
See the file ReleaseNotes.txt for details of the many small changes.
One of the most visible is a new implementation of
listDeclaredProperties in the Ontology API. The new behaviour,
which in some important respects differs from the old behaviour,
is now documented in doc/how-to/rdf-frames.html.
We have also started to collect a list of systems that plug into Jena
and tools that are useful when working on Jena applications. If you
would like your system added to the list, please see the details of how
to do that.
