ACTION A-650-08: Action on Abel to implement fn:transform

This action has been completed.

 

I have implemented fn:transform, with one caveat: it works with XP30 syntax. That means, for the tests to succeed, I have altered them to use XP30 syntax (only locally), that is, the "=>"and the "?" operators have been replaced with their XP30 equivalents and array syntax has been replaced with a map with integers as keys.

 

Other than that, it works. Test report (my other action item) I am still working on, I hope to have it ready in time for the call.
