ElementFixed

We seemed to be missing the ElementFixed pattern which has come up in a schema I was looking at with the patterns detector.

 

      <xpath>.//xs:element[@fixed] / 

         (@fixed)</xpath>

 

We had AttributeFixed so I guess ElementFixed just got overlooked.

 

I've added it and an example too.
