errors/update in example

Hi,
For GlobalSimpleType, see 
http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/databinding/examples/6/09/GlobalSimpleType/
GlobalSimpleType01 does not validate.

In AttributeElementNameClash, AttributeElementNameClash01
It would be neat to change the "phone" number to start with [1-9] instead 
of 0 (or I can do a special case for this but fixing the example would be 
better)
