ISSUE-31: enumerated restriction types

http://www.w3.org/2005/06/tracker/databinding/issues/31

Raised by: Paul Downey
On product: Basic

our input document cites an enumeration example which restricts an xs:string.

Do we allow other types to be restricted in an enumeration, e.g. xs:int,
xs:integer, xs:gYear, xs:ID, etc?
