Attached are draft minutes from today's teleconference, 23 October 2012. I scribed.

Please note that the next scheduled call is in three weeks, 13 November.

I corrected the minutes to note that we have already approved the shortname and publication of the Interop Test Reports as W3C Notes. Please review the current drafts for correctness.
