A new minor release of XML-Security for C++, V1.7.0, has been released and
is now available on the Apache download site and shortly on the mirrors.

This release provides a few bug fixes and a partial implementation of XML
Encryption 1.1 features, including AES-GCM encryption and some support for
newer RSA-OAEP variants.

For download information, refer to http://santuario.apache.org/

(The web site has been updated, but it hasn't made it to the production
copy yet.)
