I have updated the XML Signature 1.1 and 2.0 editors drafts to add the algorithm identifiers for HMAC-SHA224 and ECDSAwithSHA224 and also add these as OPTIONAL algorithms. I also updated the XML Signature 1.1 two explain documents accordingly. Also fixed a missing change in XML Signature 2.0 to refer to the ECDSA section from the algorithms section, not directly to the reference (to allow one place to define status of ECC, the ECDSA algorithm section).
